Photographed with patience. Never with AI.
Claire Bradshaw is a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society. She captures deep-sky imagery through professional telescopes, with multi-hour exposures gathered across nights and sometimes weeks.
Every image on this site is her own work. No stock, no reprocessed NASA data, no generative AI. The light you see travelled for thousands of years. It is only fair that the photograph takes more than a single frame.
Alongside the prints, Claire speaks at schools, STEM clubs, galleries and companies across the UK and online. It is the same craft, told out loud.

Entry is free. Bring curiosity.
Hello, I am Claire.
I'm Claire Bradshaw – an astrophotographer, science communicator, and proud Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society. Through my camera, I capture galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, and cosmic wonders light-years away – and bring them a little closer to home.
I grew up looking up, and I never quite stopped. Today I photograph the night sky from southern England, through professional telescopes, one long exposure at a time.
Whether you're here to discover original astrophotography prints, book an inspiring talk for your school or organisation, or simply learn more about the science and art of the night sky – you're in the right place.
The prints on this site are the result of that patience. Each image is mine, captured on my own kit, and signed by hand before it leaves for a new home. It's the closest thing I know to framing a piece of the universe.
When I am not imaging, I am often talking. Schools, STEM clubs, art trails, photography societies, corporate science events, online groups. If you are curious, I would love to hear from you.
Every star is unique. So is every enquiry.
Get in touch with any special requests, specific images, or to book a talk. I would love to hear from you.
